First Philippine Industrial Park is looking for a Treasury Analyst who will ensure the timely collection, accurate recording, and reconciliation of receivables, handle vendor payments, and ensure the accuracy and timely processing of disbursements. He/she will achieve customer service delight in every opportunity to interaction with guests, locators, prospects, and service providers.
What you'll be doing:
Collection of Receivables
- Achieve and maintain a 90% same-month collection rate for individual accounts based on assignments
- Achieve and maintain a minimum of 85% same-month collection rate for the group
- Confirm and verify payments for assigned accounts
- Conduct regular follow-ups on collections for assigned customer accounts
- Reconcile assigned accounts and resolve any issues or concerns
- Monitor customers' SL and ensure clearing of unapplied accounts
- Secure a complete set of CWT (Creditable Withholding Tax) certificates at month-end for each account assignment
- Facilitate collection logistics and manage deposits
- Provide support for monthly closing activities
Customer and Vendor Concerns Satisfaction
- Provide timely resolution to the customer and vendor issues and concerns
- Monitor customer and vendor concerns resolution for the assigned tasks and endorse them to the concerned team, if needed.
Customer Masterdata and Bank Reconciliation
- Provide assistance and resolutions for bank reconciliation
- Update kissflow and the customer masterdata monitoring
Cash Management and Reporting
- Prepare daily cash position report
- Update the register of daily cleared checks
- Track and monitor the daily outstanding checks
Payment to Vendors
- Prepare payment proposal via kissflow
- Prepare payment run in SAP
- Update disbursement monitoring report
- Update payment status in Kissflow
- Review and monitor Kissflow approval from AP list
- Execute bank payment transactions in Kissflow
- Monitor BDO Approval
- Prepare ACA Payment Advice
- Facilitate the release of checks
What we're looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any finance-related course
- Licensure and/or Certification Required: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus
- Experience:
At least 1 year experience in accounting or treasury function
Experience in a Real Estate Company is a plus
Experience in using ERP such as SAP is an advantage
Experience in computer software applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
