NOTE: This position will be on-site and will be based in Sto. Tomas, Batangas
First Philippine Industrial Park is looking for an Architect who will be responsible for planning, designing, and/or facilitating the execution of new building designs. You will be planning, designing, and/or facilitating the execution of building expansions or renovations according to needs, desires, and financial resources.
What you'll be doing:
Planning and Designing
- Create functional and aesthetically pleasing space that adheres to the requirements and vision of the client.
- Developing and presenting project proposals
- Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
- Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact
- Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations
Project Management
- Managing design projects from concept development for implementation
- Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
Budget Management
- Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines
What we're looking for:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture; Master’s degree is a plus
- Licensure and/or Certification Required: A licensed Architect is preferred
- Experience:
At least 3 years experienced Architect
Excellent in technical drawing
Knowledge of Google Suite and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
